Buyers be warned! If you see this realtor group anywhere on your paperwork be aware they will make you promises and leave you out in the rain. We had to foot the bill for the clean up on a property that was sold by them. They reassured us multiple times that it would be cleaned up prior to the sale and when closing came it was not done so they said they would pay for us to hire cleaners. During walk throughs prior to closing we noticed the house was in decent shape no real issue but the last walk through the house was absolutely disgusting so we made an arrangement that was never honored by Kelly Ann Harris. She sent multiple messages and emails confirming it would be taken care of both before and after sale just to ghost us on the back end. We worked with an absolutely amazing group to get things livable and thankfully they were very understanding and even tried to help in the payment matter but unfortunately Kelly Ann is not someone you can trust or rely on to follow through with her word. Eventually she just stopped answering the phone or any messages. Terrible real estate practice. My advice is stay away from them or have a lawyer on call.
